MOVE YOUR WAY. MOVE FOR GOOD. #MOVEFORLASP

WHO: Lounsbury Adaptive supporters of all ages and abilities!

WHAT: #GiveAdaptiveSports virtual Move-a-thon 2020

WHEN: December 1-7, 2020

WHERE: in your neighborhood, home, local park - wherever you have room to move and maintain a safe social distance

WHY: Get moving to support Lounsbury Adaptive!

Here's how it works:

  1. Create your individual page or team page with your family, friends, coworkers and neighbors.  Use the Fundraising Quickstart Guide to help craft requests for donations,  social media messages and more!

  2. Participate from anywhere - indoors, outdoors or both! Walk, run, ride, roll, skip, hop, jump or dance.  Do yoga, pilates, or lift weights. You decide. All types of movement welcomed. The more creative your movement, the better!

  3. Set your own personal goal and complete it between December 1 - 7. Update your personal fundraising page as you complete your activities to show your supporters what you've accomplished. Post a photo and/or video online, tag us @LounsburyAdaptive on social media and use #moveforLASP #giveadaptivesports so we can all join in the fun.

  4. Show your commitment to our cause by sharing your customized fundraising page with your network.  Ask for pledges in support of your goal.  Drum up some friendly competition!

  5. Join the live kick-off event on Dec. 1st at 8am, hosted by Bradley Poole Health & Fitness. This in-person event is limited to 30 tickets, however you may also participate via the Facebook livestream.*Proceeds from the kick-off event will benefit both LASP & the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Location TBA by 11/30.
